Very goodsubmitted by Marissa Z. - |Recommended: YesNice and convenient
Above Averagesubmitted by Jarob H. - |Recommended: YesOverall the Lookout is very nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The only issue I have with The Lookout is the parking situation. The lookout has higher rent than the other complexes in the area which I am okay with paying due to the better quality of living , but on top of pricer rent, you are required to pay extra every month for an uncovered and unreserved parking spot.
Unnecessarily expensivesubmitted by Angela E. - |Recommended: NoIt's nice, way too expensive, there's no recycling and no sheltered bike racks and you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. One time I sneezed and the person living in the apartment next to me said bless you...
Love the Lookoutsubmitted by Stephen S. - |Recommended: NoIt's close, comfortable and affordable.

Apartmentsubmitted by Cody S. - |Recommended: YesThe apartment is nice and comfortable and I love living here. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
Convenient and Well Keptsubmitted by Matthew J. - |Recommended: YesOnly minor complaints. Despite thick walls and large rooms, noise frequently carries unsettlingly well from room to room. Furnishings are high quality, including appliances.
Great Propertysubmitted by Adam B. - |Recommended: YesThis apartment complex is very modern, well designed, and overall a great place to live. I have lived here for over a year now, and have enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend this place to people.
It's the best student apartment I ever livedsubmitted by Sr. D. - |Recommended: YesParking is convenient. People are friendly here. Beautiful views and quiet all the time. Would be the best choice for UCCS college student.
2nd year heresubmitted by Michelle B. - |Recommended: YesThis is my second year living here and I have signed my lease for next year as well. Unfortunately, there have been some problems from the beginning that still exist. The lack of visitor parking is rather inconvenient and makes having guests over quite difficult. Also, the fact that a building with this many people living in it doesn't have recycling dumpster is a huge problem. College students are constantly eating things out of boxes, cans and containers and we should be recycling them properly. I have to walk my huge pile of recyclables all the way to a bin on campus and I shouldn't have to leave the property to recycle. Lastly, I don't believe my windows or carpets have ever been cleaned since I moved in in 2016 and for what it costs to live here I think that we should have those things cleaned for us at least once a year to keep things looking nice. My apartment seemed to be more dirty after the cleaning crew came in to clean out my old room mate's room at the end of summer and I haven't been able to get my floors totally clean after they spilled white stuff all over it while I was gone. Other than that, I like the building and enjoy the convenience of living close to school. Since I have been a loyal resident since this place opened, I hope that the new owners of the property can actually take my review into consideration and make some necessary changes.
Usually a nice place to livesubmitted by Demara S. - |Recommended: YesIt's new and clean so it is pleasant to live here, unless people are playing extremely loud music at 10pm or later on a weeknight. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. What the place really needs is a recycling dumpster and a faster elevator.
